Learn. Connect. Grow.

We are a supportive social learning community for neurodivergent middle and high school students.
Waypoint Social offers an engaging and structured environment where neurodivergent students can practice communication, build friendships, and grow confidence through guided activities and community experiences.
Each session includes structured activities, peer practice, and staff-led reflection. Students leave with new tools and growing confidence in their ability to connect with others.

Facilitated Interaction
Adults lead and support positive social behavior through direct instruction, modeling, and guided participation.
Intentional Grouping
Students are grouped by age and profile to support meaningful interactions and peer learning. A mix of social confidence levels is intentionally cultivated to encourage mentoring, perspective-taking, and dynamic group learning.
Goal-Based Growth
Each student has a set of personal social goals, and each session is framed by broader weekly learning outcomes. These goals are co-developed with families and evolve throughout the program.
Embedded Skill Practice
Activities are purposefully selected and adapted to match session outcomes and student goals, ensuring meaningful real-world skill application.
Parent Communication
Staff take notes after each session and are available for check-ins at any time. Formal goal review meetings are offered as needed.
